Dr. Bradshaw pursued her education at Howard University, earning a Master of Education, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy in business and psychology. Following her departure from her alma mater, she was appointed as a professor and the chair of the psychology and counseling division of traditional undergraduate studies at Pillar College. Dr. Bradshaw currently excels as the Chair of Psychology and Counseling as well as Professor of psychology at the aforementioned college, teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
In addition to her routine responsibilities, Dr. Bradshaw also serves as the advisor of the Pillar College Psi Chi International Honors Society. She likewise maintains her involvement as president of the Caribbean Teachers' Mission, a non-profit organization which empowers and provides physical assistance, mentorship, leadership training and professional development for administrators and students in the Caribbean. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Newark Regional Business Partnership, Somerset County Business Partnership, Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women, and Newark Interfaith Alliance, and with her husband, leads Higher Dimensions Ministries International. Moreover, Dr. Bradshaw has membership in various professional organizations, and has contributed as a conference speaker, an author and peer reviewer to scholastic organizations such as the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, the International Consortium of Educators, and the Association of American Colleges and Universities.
Throughout her tenure, Dr. Bradshaw has been lauded for her wealth of expertise with numerous accolades. She was notably presented with a Top 100 Leaders in Education Award under the category of Education and Mental Health, as well as a Community Leadership Award and a Faculty of the year Award, to name a few. She is also a panelist for the Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL 2020). Dr. Bradshaw hopes to continue motivating others towards becoming transformational leaders in the global community.
