Mr. Yetter is a family and divorce lawyer with more than a decade of practice supporting clients through complex life transitions. Having initially become interested in legal services while coming of age, he attended Southern Utah University, from which he attained a Bachelor of Science in communications. Mr. Yetter earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2006 from the College of Law at Willamette University.
In 2007, Mr. Yetter joined Curry & Williams PLLC as an associate, during which time he developed a reputation for his compassionate and constructive approach to family law, divorce, paternity, cohabitation and custody suits. Likewise, he has served as an arbitrator and mediator. After having attained the role of a senior associate, Mr. Yetter subsequently established his own firm, Seacoma Law PLLC, which has offices in both Tacoma and Seattle. He has continued to represent clients in cases involving domestic violence and protection orders, relocations and the enforcement of court orders, as well as the aforementioned areas of expertise. Well regarded in his field, Mr. Yetter prides himself on connecting with clients and their stories, and considers it a privilege to work with them during what are often the most difficult moments of their lives.
In addition to authoring a blog post on the subject of child custody, "Parent and Child Relocation in the State of Washington," Mr. Yetter has provided pro bono services to the community as a volunteer for the King County Neighborhood Legal Clinic. He is also a former trustee of the South King County Bar Association, and remains active in the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association, through which he is a member of the family law section. Mr. Yetter attributes his career success to hard work, client education and a propensity for remaining clear on the objectives of those he is representing.
A lifelong baseball fan, Mr. Yetter enjoys spending his leisure time attending Seattle Mariners games. Likewise, he greatly enjoys supporting his five children as a volunteer for area Little League. Outside of his love of baseball, Mr. Yetter is an avid patron of the theater, and often attends performances at the 5th Avenue Theater and Broadway at the Paramount in Seattle.
