Ms. Clouse is a musician, inventor, and future restaurateur with aspirations to ascend into musical stardom and dining franchise ownership. Her culinary aspirations began as a child, when she was given basic cooking lessons as a part of 4H participation. Immediately passionate about cooking, her talents set her apart from her peers, and she excelled in future food and nutrition classes in middle and high school. Ms. Clouse is currently a student at Hillsborough Community College, where she looks forward to completing an Associate of Arts in restaurant management in 2021.
Ms. Clouse has written, arranged, and recorded numerous songs, including "Women Deserve Respect," "Total Caress Me," "RU There" and "Victory Golding," which can be found on SoundCloud, and published her first cookbook, "Simply D Best," in early 2020. In addition to her work in the arts, she has experimented in product development, and is currently pursuing a patent for a drone-operated tree trimming device. Since 2010, Ms. Clouse has worked as a security officer staffing hospital daycare facilities for Weiser Security, and considers it an honor to protect others and contribute to a safer community.
In recognition of her outstanding palate and culinary abilities, Ms. Clouse has been presented with Silver and Bronze medals for winemaking from the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission. Ms. Clouse attributes her success to the determination and willpower that she developed after losing a parent at a young age, as well as the strength and guidance she gains from her faith. A proud immigrant to the United States, Ms. Clouse considers her citizenship to be one of her greatest accomplishments, and strives to contribute to the development of her community through the support of organizations benefiting homeless persons, including The Well. Looking toward the future, she anticipates opening a restaurant within five years, and plans to continue performing and recording.
