Drawing upon a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Roldan began his career at Q Clubs, Inc., in 1995, where he served as a Corporate Marketing Director, Operations Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations until his departure from the company in 2000. During his tenure, he launched the first partner program by forming strategic alliances with health care companies and ranked #1 among corporate marketing directors across the chain.
Subsequent to this role, Mr. Roldan was employed by Dell, Inc., from 2000 to 2012, in which he flourished as an Inside Sales Account Representative for the Higher Education Division in the early years and growing his leadership skills as an inside Regional Sales Manager for the Public Business Group and Corporate Business Group in the latter years of his career at Dell Inc. Throughout his time spent with Dell, he received numerous awards recognizing him as a Top Sales Leader, several Certificates of Excellence and CE Awards. He left a lasting impression at Dell through the legacy of future leaders he helped develop during his time which now are leading Dell Technologies into the future.
Shortly thereafter, he joined the team at Office Depot, Inc., in 2012, serving as a Senior Sales Manager for the InsideSales Organization and Director of Technology for the Business Sales Division until 2018. Mr. Roldan launched the Public Division for inside sales as the inaugural sales leader for that group until 2015 and transitioned to the Director of Technology leading both Field and Inside Sales his remaining years with Office Depot.
Since that time, he has excelled as the Senior Director and Head of Inside Sales for Natera, Inc., where he led the Evercord business unit. In addition, he established and leads the inside sales teams for the Oncology, Organ Health, and Women's Health business groups. Concurrently he also is an Advisory Board Advisor for the University of Houston's CX certification program at the Bauer College of Business.
Prior to his professional ventures, Mr. Roldan served in the United States Army Reserve from 1993 to 2001, in which he served as a 62H, Specialist for the HSC 980th Engineering Battalion. Notably, he led a squad of 15 soldiers on project sites and monitored the safety of soldiers and working conditions. As a result of his service, he earned two U.S.Army Achievement Medals and multiple Certificates of Achievement.
In light of his accomplishments over the years, Mr. Roldan has been honored with various National Certificates of Appreciation and a Superior Service Award from the University of Houston for his aid with Hurricane Katrina. As a respected advisor and leader, he has also been recognized for his impact on company culture and collaborative efforts at every organization he has served.
On his off time, Mr. Roldan's focus is on family, led by his wife Sarah. They enjoy raising their three younger boys Nathan, Nolan, and Nicolas in Texas and cheering on their oldest Travis, as he thrives in his career. Looking toward the future, Mr. Roldan plans to continue impacting organizations through his leadership, mentoring opportunities, and passing on his knowledge to future generations of leaders.
