Mr. Hall is a Manager III Audit and Compliance Engineering for Raytheon Technologics Inc. He is responsible for managing the Raytheon Intelligence and Space Mission Assurance processes, joining the organization in 1982. The aerospace and defense technologies corporation notably focuses its efforts on the advancement of research and development in the defense and commercial aerospace sectors. Mr. Hall originally hailed from Ford Aerospace Inc. where he worked for four years in England as a senior configuration management analyst and Tech Plan Inc. in Virginia as a systems engineer from 1977 to 1978. Joining the U.S. Navy in 1963, he left active duty as a CW02 Cryptologist in 1977 and retired from the Naval Reserve as a CW04 Cryptologist in 1992 with 28 years of service.
Interviewed on television and featured in numerous newspaper articles for his expertise as a pyrotechnician, Mr. Hall's career has been an incredible experience. In particular, he greatly enjoyed his involvement with the spacecraft recovery of Gemini 10. He also had the opportunity to travel frequently throughout the world on assignments. Outside of his responsibilities at Raytheon, Mr. Hall is the President of PyroLight Illuminations, a fireworks display company.
Committed to his community, Mr. Hall was Vice President of Training and Executive Board member for the Juniata Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. In addition to being a Wood Badge Course Director, he also served as the Nittany Mountain District Chair and several other unit, district and council roles in his 40 plus years in Scouting. Other community involvement has been as an American Red Cross Instructor and Instructor Trainer, Librarian of the Pennsylvania Apples Micro-computer Users' Group, member of the Loyal Order of Moose, and currently as the Guildmaster of the Pennsylvania Pyrotechnic Guild.
As a commitment to his field, Mr. Hall has been active with several industry-related organizations. Among them, United States Naval Institute, The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE), the Society of Logistic Engineers (SoLE), the Software Engineering Institute (SEl), and the Nittany Valley chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
Mr. Hall received an Associate of Science at Miami-Dade Junior College in 1977, followed by an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Maryland in 1980, and a Master of Science at Vanderbilt University in 1981. He is a certified Engineering Specialist and Resource Manager through the National Security Agency. Mr. Hall is also a Certified Display Operator through the Pyrotechnic Guild International, Inc., and a Six Sigma Gold Specialist through Raytheon. He is a life member of Mensa.
Mr. Hall was recognized with a District Award of Merit from the Nittany Mountain District in Pennsylvania. He also received a Silver Beaver Award from the Juanita Valley Council Boy Scouts of America, as well as several awards from the American Red Cross and the U.S. military for his service in the U.S. Navy. A celebrated Marquis listee, Mr. Hall has been featured in the 25th edition of Who's Who in the East and the 28th edition of Who's Who in Finance and Industry.
