Prior to his current positions, Dr. Randall honed his knowledge of management and administration as a contractor with PwC Consulting. Moreover, he found success in several vice-presidential roles with Cereva Networks, Alcatel, Nortel Networks, Inc., Northeast Utilities, Unysis Corporation, and WorldSpace Corporation. Throughout the course of his career, Dr. Randall has consulted with leaders of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies worldwide obtaining specialist designations in industrial gerontology, retirement education, and executive coaching.
Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Randall earned a Bachelor of Science from Youngstown State University in 1968 and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan in 1974. He subsequently received a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Akron in 1987 and became a certified professional gerontologist in 2020. Outside of his work, he remains active in the community as an Education Policy Fellow, Institute of Education Policy, Atlanta, GA; and a member, Board of Directors, LearnLong Institute for Education and Learning Research, Chicago, Ill, and Board of Governors, Accreditation for Gerontology Education Council, Washington, D.C.
