Acquired in 1995, she was responsible for enforcing the company's litigation guidelines. Aligning herself with many attorneys throughout the U.S., she also audited attorney bills to ensure fair payment for services rendered. Ms. Redfield's background in the field also includes expertise in professional liability and property and casualty insurance.
In previous years, Ms. Redfield enjoyed working in journalism as a reporter for the Courier-Post in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and as an editor and reporter for Orange City News in Orange, California. Skilled in several other areas as well, including nonprofit and event planning, she also lent her expertise as an English as a second language instructor for over a decade between 1994 to 2005. Blessed to enjoy such a successful, diverse career, Ms. Redfield had the opportunity to meet so many inspiring people throughout the community and beyond, including Mrs. Barbara Bush.
Ms. Redfield has been a community leader for many years. A former president of the local council at her church, she also sings in the choir. Additionally, she has been volunteering her time as a coordinator at her local food pantry since 2012 and is an active member of the Gloucester Choral Society.
An alumnus of Marietta College in Georgia, Ms. Redfield received a Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts in 1973. Several years later, she returned to college, completing a Bachelor of Arts in communications at California State University, Fullerton in 1983.
To support her professional endeavors, Ms. Redfield has been aligned as a member of Women in Communications, Inc. She aspires to write a book in the future in the hopes of telling the stories of everyday people in their everyday lives and the impact they have had in their communities.
Recognized for her hard work, Ms. Redfield received a Scripps Howard Internship Award from California State University in 1983 and a Sky Dunlap Award from Santa Ana College in 1990. She was also named Tutor of the Year two years in a row. A celebrated Marquis listee, Ms. Redfield was cited in the 17th edition of Who's Who of American Women.
