After experiencing homelessness firsthand, Mrs. Graley believed that she had the need to help those in similar situations. For many years, she worked in the funeral home business before accepting a position as an administrator for a dry cleaning business and excelling in the real estate industry. In 2020, Mrs. Graley was appointed as the President and Director of Finance and Administration for Norstar Nonprofit Organization, which provides a wide range of services for those less fortunate, including personal care, hygiene and assistance services, as well as nutrition planning solutions and social activities meant to support and foster the community.
Over the years, Mrs. Graley became certified in finance, legal works, long-term care training, and meaningful activities for seniors in order to more accurately assist those in her community. Outside of her primary responsibilities, she continues to contribute to her community through the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, the Society for Nonprofits and as an active member of the TOCH Council. Additionally, she volunteers her time helping find housing for the elderly. In the coming years, Mrs. Graley intends to remain in her role and dedicate herself to the community.
