Prior to his relocation from India to the United States, Mr. Panickaveetil completed coursework in mathematics in Mar Ivanios College between 1953 and 1955. Subsequently, he graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in political science in 1961. By 1964, Mr. Panickaveetil concluded his academic ventures by earning a certificate of proficiency in accounting from the Graduate School of the United States Department of Agriculture, which is currently known as the Graduate School of the United States of America.
Regarding his professional endeavors, Mr. Panickaveetil served as a senior programming and budgeting officer for the World Bank from 1984 to 1987. Since 1988, he has served as the president of the Programming & Budgeting Corporation. In this capacity, he submitted a proposal to the board of the World Bank on bifurcating the private and public sectors of the world's economy for creating an "Individual Sector" to ensure equal financial opportunities for the global population. Mr. Panickaveetil notably maintains his membership with the 1818 H Street Society of the World Bank. He attributes his success to his colleagues, his mentors, his work ethics, and his determination to help others. Mr. Panickaveetil plans to continue publishing materials, even in his advanced age (84) for the benefit of humanity in the coming years.
