Recognized as a "voice of reason regarding compliance matters" according to The Legal 500, Mr. Huneke liaises with various government entities around the world, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.K. Serious Fraud Office, the World Bank and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Over the years, he has written and spoken extensively, including as co-author of the Bloomberg/BNA legal treatise "Anti-Corruption Law and Compliance: Guide to the FCPA and Beyond."
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Huneke earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and government from the University of Virginia in 2002 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School in 2005. Upon graduating, he was admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
In his spare time, he gives back as a committee chair for his sons' Cub Scouts pack. Looking ahead, Mr. Huneke intends to continue the growth and success of his practice regarding anti-corruption and international compliance matters.
