She initially became interested in attending law school after taking a required business law class, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. After earning two Law Review Scholarships and several awards for her participation in Moot Court and Mock Trial, and the faculty award for Distinguished Graduate, Ms. Thomas earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1993. Eminently qualified in her field, Ms. Thomas has been named as a Top Estate Planning Attorney in Fort Worth, as one of the Top Ten Estate Planning Attorneys in Texas by the American Institute of Legal Counsel, and holds a perfect client satisfaction rating on Awo. She is a frequent speaker and presenter on complex topics in estate planning, and has addressed numerous conferences and seminars throughout Texas and across the country. Though proud of her professional successes, Ms. Thomas considers parenting her children to be her greatest accomplishment.
