TRENTON, NJ, November 16, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Curtis A. Diaz has been included in Marquis Who's Who. Throughout his formative years, Mr. Diaz showed considerable interest in martial arts films and remained an avid proponent as he matured. By 1985, he partook in his first martial arts lesson. He subsequently trained in the arts of Shotokan Karate, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Kali Eskrima, which is Filipino martial arts. His father, Edgar Diaz, and his uncle, Carlos Diaz, also practiced the Eastern forms of combat and inspired him. Mr. Diaz resolved to cultivate a career in teaching others the various disciplines of martial arts, particularly Chinese Martial Arts.
After completing two years of coursework at the collegiate level, Mr. Diaz obtained numerous certifications. Through the United States Department of Corrections, he is a certified National Rifle Association police marksman, a use of force specialist, an argumentative and physical state two control and restraint technique specialist, and a disturbance and riot control responder, to name only a few. Likewise, Mr. Diaz retains accreditation's through the State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety Division, as well as the United States Department of Homeland Security.
For the past 14 years, Mr. Diaz served as a Corrections Police Officer through the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Currently, he excels as the Sifu and Chief Executive Officer of Shaolin 3 Warriors San Da in Bordentown, New Jersey. Since 2016, Mr. Diaz has continued to train and educate his students in the arts of Shaolin Five Animal Five Family Kung Fu, Xing Yi Quan, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and San Da (San Shou).
As a testament to his accomplishments, Mr. Diaz has been acknowledged with inductions into the Philadelphia Historic Martial Arts Society 2017 Hall of Fame, the Legends of Martial Arts 2019 Hall of Fame, the United Stats Head of Family Martial Arts Hall of Honors, the United States of America Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and is currently the USA Liaison for Hall of Fame Argentina, among other designations and awards. Likewise, he is featured in the 2020 edition of Who's Who in Martial Arts Pioneers. Moreover, Mr. Diaz has maintained his involvement with the United States Black Belt Federation, the American Martial Arts Alliance, along with other organizations. He plans to expand the influence of his enterprise, retire from law enforcement and travel the globe in the near future sharing his love for martial arts.
