He continues to practice with Techno Engineering & Associates Group, and his work has taken him to countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. In the coming years, Mr. Di Folco aims to see a 30% growth in his business and hopes to establish an American office while beginning to transition to an advisory role.
A Director of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, a Fellow of the Dispute Board Federation and a Fellow of Prime Dispute, Mr. Di Folco has prospered as an Expert Witness, Contract & Claims Expert, Counsel, FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator and FIDIC Accredited Trainer for the International Federation of Consulting Engineers and as a panel-approved Prime Dispute Adjudicator since 2017 and is listed on the prestigious FIDIC President List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators. Moreover, his writing on adjudication and arbitration contemporary issues in Central and Eastern Europe has been published in trade publications, and he is widely regarded as an expert in technical, contractual, claims and legal issues in the global construction industry. Active in his community, he is noted as a generous donor to local schools and churches.
