Following the example of his mother, who served as a paralegal for more than 30 years, Mr. Kuboff pursued a similar path, culminating in his current role with Ibold & O'Brien. As a trial attorney, he represents clients in various personal injury cases, including automobile collisions, dental and medical malpractice, animal bites and nursing home neglect. Though his career has been filled with standout moments, Mr. Kuboff is especially proud to have served a need in the community by taking on dental malpractice cases that many others will not.
Prior to obtaining his current role, Mr. Kuboff gained valuable experience in law as an associate attorney with Triscaro & Associates Ltd. and The Goldberg Law Firm LLC. Between 2007 and 2017, he honed his expertise in personal injury law and, additionally, worked in the areas of criminal litigation, family law and business law. Earlier, he worked as a law clerk for both Ian N. Friedman & Associates and Bilfield & Sandel. In pursuit of his dream of a career in law, Mr. Kuboff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and electronic commerce from the University of Toledo in 2004 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland State University in 2007.
Driven to remain aware of ongoing changes in the field of law, Mr. Kuboff aligns himself with a number of professional organizations. He is a member of the Lake, Geauga and Portage County Bar Associations, the Ohio State Bar Association, the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court, and the Cleveland Marshall Law Alumni Association where he serves on the board of trustees. As a champion for those injured by others carelessness, Mr. Kuboff is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, and he sits on the board of directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys.
In light of his outstanding body of work, Mr. Kuboff has been acknowledged on numerous occasions, earning recognition as an Ohio Rising Star through Super Lawyers each year from 2016 through 2021, and a Lawyer of Distinction for his work in personal injury in 2018, 2019, and 2020.
