In 2006, Mr. Altabchi established the Center for Testing & Engineering in order to fill the need for quality petroleum equipment testing and services, including underground tanks and lines testing, inspections for hazardous materials and EPA testing, in the state of Georgia.
Before embarking upon his professional path, Mr. Altabchi earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Damascus University in 1987. Even though his career has been filled with highlights, he is especially proud of arriving in the United States in 2000 without knowing English and operating his business from his garage. From its modest beginnings, the Center for Testing & Engineering has cemented its stellar reputation within the community, providing the best service possible at competitive prices.
Driven to contribute to those less fortunate, Mr. Altabchi dedicates his resources and attention to a number of local charitable organizations in addition to local schools. In the coming years, he intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career. Ultimately, Mr. Altabchi aims to build upon the existing services that the Center for Testing & Engineering offers and expand their operations into other states.
