For her work as a real estate agent, she was recognized as Top Producer in the Office at Long and Foster in 2019. She was also named Realtor of the Year for 2020 by the Bay Area Association of Realtors. Bay Area Association of Realtors also awarded Linda with the Community Service Award for 2020. She has received numerous other accolades throughout her career.
As a business owner, Ms. Austin employees a wide range of people whom she trains and supervises. She also uses her real estate expertise to help run the business. As a real estate agent, she helps clients ranging from first-time home buyers to seniors looking to downsize.
In her community, Ms. Austin volunteers as a Co-Chair with the Safety Net/Anti-Bullying Committee for Queen Anne's County, Maryland. She also helps to fundraise money for local schools to provide students with iPads and other tablets for classroom use.
