Scholl of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court from 1998 to 2000, a staff attorney of the Legal Services of New Jersey from 1997 to 1998 and a partner of the Law Offices of Marinas & Castro in Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1997. Earlier in his career, Mr. Marinas was an assistant corporate counsel of Management Real Estate Company from 1994 to 1995 and a law clerk of the Law Offices of Mercado & Soto in 1992.
Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Marinas pursued an education at Syracuse University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, geography and Spanish in 1988. Obtaining a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico – School of Law in 1992, he later earned a Master of Laws from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1994.
With a plethora of knowledge at his disposal, Mr. Marinas began contributing with his law partner and others to the "Collier Handbook for Trustees and Debtors in Possession" in 2005. Civically engaged as well, he has contributed his services pro bono to the Latino and Hispanic community of Pennsylvania for two decades.
