In his present position, he supervises the aligning of technology with customer and corporate needs while also leveraging complex business initiatives into manageable, transparent and easily adaptable solutions. Mr. Meduri additionally cooperates with company-wide departments to ensure optimal operation of his enterprise.
Regarding his qualifications, Mr. Meduri previously secured his Stanford advanced project management certification and is also certified as a scrum master. Likewise, he accrued a project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute as well as a certification in big data and social analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A thought leader in Product Innovation and Life Cycle Management, Mr. Meduri actively contributes his insights through one-on-one leadership discussions, and through annual leadership conferences Like Siemens PLM World.
Outside of his primary professional responsibilities, Mr. Meduri co-authored "Comparison of Energy Expenditure on Normal Subjects from Different Footwear" and "Computational Techniques for Establishing Foot Sizing Systems for Biomechanical Applications". Most notably, he facilitated a collaborative project with multiple specialists to transition from offshore service providers concerning information technology applications. As a testament to his exemplary efforts, Mr. Meduri delivered 23% of cost-effective savings and avoided the wasteful expenditure of more than $1 million for his business.
Mr. Meduri maintains memberships with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the Project Management Institute.
