After two years, he became manager of business intelligence for MicroStrategy Incorporated/Angel.com, where he also worked as senior manager of business intelligence and data management before the company was sold to Genesys. Over the years, he gained valuable expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Deloitte in varying senior management positions. Mr. Patel has over 20 years of product development experience in enterprise software including leading analytics, big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based platforms in contact center space.
Backed by his considerable expertise, Mr. Patel excels today as co-founder and chief technology officer for SuccessKPI, Inc., positions he obtained in 2020, through which he provides contact center analytics powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence. Mr. Patel drives technology vision and architecture across SuccessKPI. He leads a globally distributed and diverse team of technologists responsible for building, operating and securing the company's innovative serverless, highly secured and AI driven products and platform. He is also a member of company's Board of Directors. Through revolutionary machines and interfaces that are easy to use, business executives, supervisors, administrators and more can utilize the same platform with ease. In conjunction with his work through SuccessKPI, he owns a Subway franchise, as well as an international school in India titled Rangoli International School for children in 1st grade through 10th grade. Additionally, he volunteers with BAPS Charities, which specializes in community empowerment, educational services, humanitarian relief, health and wellness, and environmental protection.
During the early years of his career, Mr. Patel earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University, India in 1999 and a postgraduate diploma in information technology and system engineering from GLSIIT, Ahmedabad, India in 2002. Additionally, he is a certified developer, certified cloud practitioner, certified SysOps administrator and certified solutions architect through Amazon Web Services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has obtained a patent for dynamic scheduling of extract, transform and load processes, and earned a plethora of awards for his expertise. In addition to receiving an Angel Wing of Excellence and a First Responder Award from AWS, he won the 2012 Best in Biz Enterprise Product of the Year Award for Mobile Caller First Analytics Application. In the near future, Mr. Patel aims to expand SuccessKPI and stabilize it before embarking on another endeavor.
