(an investment bank acquired by UBS), ExchangeBridge, a start-up on-line services provider, and Cingular Wireless. Since 2018, Ms. Reeves has served as chief executive officer of Main Street Natural Gas, Inc., a natural gas supplies and financial services provider, and since 2002 has served as chief financial officer of The Gas Authority. She also served as chief executive officer of Public Gas Partners, Inc., an oil and gas production company, from its inception in 2004 through 2018.
Ms. Reeves has gained a reputation for her ability to recognize opportunities and assemble the necessary resources to capture value. She led acquisitions and created joint ventures that increased revenues by more than $200 million annually. She led the issuance of over $6 billion in publicly traded debt, and led the effort to strengthen the financial position of The Gas Authority resulting in an upgrade in its published credit rating. Currently, Ms. Reeves is leading her team in the creation of an online marketplace to streamline natural gas appliance purchases and installation for residential homeowners.
Throughout her career, Ms. Reeves has valued her role in building Main Street and The Gas Authority as two of the most respected gas supply and financial services providers in the country. She has also served as a board member and chairperson of the compensation committee for a publicly traded energy company, and as a board member of a non-profit organization for at-risk youth. She has been a speaker at numerous industry and financial conferences.
Ms. Reeves is a certified public accountant in Georgia and a chartered global management accountant. She maintains a professional affiliation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has attributed her success to her relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation. Looking toward the future, she plans to serve on the boards of publicly traded companies in the finance, energy and technology industries.
