Mr. Pasqua has been a financial planner for more than 25 years. Currently aligned with Integrated Financial Partners (IFP) in Florida, he works with individuals and business owners by providing an array of services ranging from wealth and retirement planning to insurance. Prior to his commitments at IFP, which is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, and is recognized as a fee-based financial services firm, he was employed in the same capacity with Allmerica Financial in New York between 1994 and 2003. Transitioning into financial planning after a successful tenure in another field, Mr. Pasqua's decision allowed him to become his own boss and have more flexibility. Commended for his expertise, he also spent four years in the classroom teaching marketing management, sales management and investments at Mercy College in New York between 1994 and 1998.
Since 1997, Mr. Pasqua has been committed to serving as the president of the Children's Leukemia Research Association, Inc. Donating and dedicating a significant amount of his money and time to the Association over the years, the non-profit organization provides grants to researchers and financial assistance to children undergoing treatment. His involvement stems from his daughter's survival of leukemia. Other civic involvement has included serving with the Sovereign Military Order Temple of Jerusalem (SMOTJ) since 1996 and as a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Barber Shop Chorus and the Artist Naples Philharmonic Chorus. He is also a former chairman of the leadership board of the American Lung Association of the Northeast between 2007 and 2014.
Mr. Pasqua has held a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Iona College since 1964 and a Master of Public Administration from Marist College since 1991. He also holds a diploma from the U.S. Army War College. Mr. Pasqua spent 32 years in the New York Army National Guard, serving as a brigadier general between 1964 and 1997. He is a certified chartered retirement plan counselor.
In recognition of his success in financial planning, Mr. Pasqua was named a Five Star Wealth Manager between 2014 and 2020. He also received a Papal Decree from Pope Francis, a Meritorious Service Medal from the SMOTJ and numerous military awards.
