After a long and successful career as an Early Childhood Education and Development educator as well as multi-area instructor for the Columbus Public Schools in Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Kulich retired in 2005. Transitioning into a new role, she then became an associate pastor at the Redeemer's Church in Columbus, where her husband is also an associate pastor. In addition to preaching and teaching, she leads the prophetic and deliverance teams, among other responsibilities. In 2020, Ms. Kulich and her husband formed Transformed-Image Ministry, a ministry designed to help others in their Christian faith and spiritual awakening.
Apart from her work at the church and the ministry, Ms. Kulich volunteers her time as Women's Director for Harvest Preparation International Ministries (HPIM.Org) for Central and South America. Involved with the organization since 2000, she has traveled extensively in Southern Mexico leading Women's Conferences. In addition to Mexico, Ms. Kulich has traveled to over 23 other countries.
Ms. Kulich was fortunate to have a High School Home Economics teacher, who taught her the value of instruction for "doing the work" to serve others. The impact of this teaching concept motivated Ms. Kulich to pursue her post-High School academic credentials. Throughout her career, Ms. Kulich successfully brought together students of various backgrounds and economic stratum and created a successful learning experience in the classroom for every student. During her teaching career, she helped her students participate in the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America Organization (FCCLA). These students had the opportunity to participate and compete in numerous local, state and national competitions including winning at nationals for 10 successive years.
A talented writer, Ms. Kulich published her first book, titled "The River: A Spiritually Transforming Journey" in 2020. Later that year she published the book in Spanish. Currently she is writing a companion devotional to complement these two books. Ms. Kulich began her writing by drafting and editing Early Childhood Development curriculum textbooks, authoring education related articles for publication as well as working with teacher teams to develop FCCLA state competition competencies in Early Childhood Education on behalf of the State of Ohio. Passionate about giving back, Ms. Kulich has been aligned with various organizations in a volunteer capacity, including the Center of Hope and Jericho's Homeless Shelter in Columbus, Ohio.
An alumnus of The Ohio State University, Ms. Kulich received a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics and Family Relations and Human Development in 1974 and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education in 1980. She was a certified Early Childhood Development educator, certified home economist, and certified pre-kindergarten instructor in the State of Ohio and is now an ordained pastor.
Backed by multiple professional organizations in support of her teaching career, Ms. Kulich was until her retirement an active member of the Columbus Home Economics Association, the Ohio Vocational Association, the Central Ohio Teachers Association, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the National Education Association and the Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority.
Recognized by Columbus Public School system, Ms. Kulich was named District Teacher of the Year in 2000. A celebrated Marquis listee, she has been cited in the 20th and 21st editions of Who's Who in the Midwest and the first edition of Who's Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
