Drawing on more than three decades of expertise in quality assurance, Mr. Stirushnik presently excels as a quality engineering supervisor with Daimler Trucks North America, where he oversees warranty analysis, customer feedback and metric reporting. Additionally, he supervises teams for internal and external problem solving and leads and supports cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to obtaining his current role, Mr. Stirushnik gained valuable expertise with the company as a quality leader, quality lab inspector and CMM operator.
During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Stirushnik worked as an engineering technician for Pass & Seymour during the late-1980s and 1990s. Although his career has been suffused with highlights, he is especially proud to have maintained his ISO 9001 certification. On a personal note, Mr. Stirushnik is honored to have raised a wonderful family. Dedicated to his community and those less fortunate, he contributes during his spare time as a volunteer at his local church.
An expert in his field, Mr. Stirushnik earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte in 2007. For his outstanding body of work, he has been recognized on several occasions, including induction into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and graduating magna cum laude. Looking toward the future, Mr. Stirushnik hopes to retire so that he can move closer to his grandchildren.
