For nearly 40 years since 1983, she has served as a realtor and broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago (formerly Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Biros Real Estate). In her position, she focuses on real estate in Chicago and the South and Western suburbs.
For her exceptional efforts over the years, Nancy Hotchkiss has been presented with the Berkshire Hathaway Chairman's Circle Award since 1998, only given to the top 2 percent of agents nationwide. She has also received the Legend Award and Chicago Magazine's Five Star Professional Award, and she was named among America's Top Real Estate Agents between 2019 and 2020. In her community, Nancy Hotchkiss is active with the Local Beverly Area Planning Association.
