Successful in her professional ventures, she eventually took a leap of faith and established ECHO Home Inspection Inc., bringing with her decades of experience. Although it was not always easy, Ms. Dose has garnered a lot of respect in her professional circles, which has been predominantly populated by her male counterparts, due to her unique perspective, self-confidence and ability to acclimate to developments in her field.
