She notably served 24 years in the United States Army with the primary assignments of Military Police Investigator, Total Army Instructor, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, Sexual Harassment and Assault Response Program Manager, Senior Operations Officer, and Inspector General. In 2018, Mrs. Frazier was recruited to hold the role of a program coordinator of Veteran and Armed Forces Legal Out-Reach of the South Carolina Attorney General in 2018.
Long dedicated as a civic-minded citizen, Mrs. Frazier has contributed as a teacher assistant of the Child Evangelism Fellowship Good News Club since 2019, a troop volunteer of the Boy Scouts of America in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, since 2016 and a family readiness liaison for Military Family Support since 2007. Prior to embarking upon her career, she pursued an education at Fayetteville Technical Community College, graduating with an Associate of Arts in criminal justice and corrections in 2005. Mrs. Frazier later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources and technical management from DeVry University in 2009.
Having already received numerous Army achievement medals, Mrs. Frazier was featured in the South Carolina Veterans of Foreign War "Then & Now" Publication in 2020. She received letters of appreciation from the Governor of North Carolina, and The Army Inspector General Lieutenant General Quantock in 2017 and again in 2020 from The Army Inspector General Lieutenant General Smith. Mrs. Frazier was presented with the Meritorious Service Medal from the 81st Readiness Division in 2017, from the 2nd Brigade Military Police in 2015 and 2013, and the Community Service Award from the Fort Jackson Installation Commander in 2016. Passionate about helping others, she remains active with homeless and hunger outreach services by operating a community food pantry in Elgin, SC, performing mobile outreach to unsheltered homeless citizens, and providing furniture and household goods to Veterans transitioning out of homelessness into independent living. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Frazier would like to establish transitional housing for homeless women veterans and open a community center.
