Providing various services to clients, he boasts extensive knowledge in the areas of marketing, sales, financial analytics, project management, cost accounting and other areas of the business. Aligned with the firm since 2012, Mr. Moser hailed from Allstate Insurance Company in Northbrook, Illinois, where he spent more than 32 years in various leading roles. He also worked as a statistical analyst for Addressograph-Multigraph in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and was a graduate assistant while pursuing his MBA and marketing instructor at Northern Illinois University after completing his Master's Degree Program. Apart from his full-time commitments, Mr. Moser was aligned with the Flood Insurance Service Companies of America as its vice president from 1997 to 2003.
An expert in flood insurance, Mr. Moser was a member of the national flood insurance program marketing committee during his tenure with Allstate. He also gained experience as a principal coordinator of the Allstate Write Your Own flood insurance program and, among other roles, was a marketing project manager and sales manager for the insurance company for more than three decades. Additionally, during his career at Allstate Mr. Moser had the opportunity to serve in a volunteer capacity, chairing the Allstate Share (United Way) Campaign, serving on the Allstate Helping Hands Committee and volunteering at the annual Allstate Family Day Sports.
Among Mr. Moser's volunteer nonprofit insurance initiatives, he was a member of the flood committee of the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety (IBHS) from 1999 to 2003 and the vice chairperson of the committee from 2002 to 2003. The IBHS is notably a scientific research and communications organization that does business and conducts reinsurance risks throughout the U.S. Additional community involvement to Mr. Moser's credit has included working with the parent-child Indian Princess and Y-US Girls' father-daughter programs for seven years at the Twinbrook YMCA in Schaumburg, Illinois, as the manager of a girls' softball team for 3 years with the Schaumburg Athletic Association and as the president of the men's softball league at Allstate for 28 years.
Mr. Moser is an alumnus of Northern Illinois University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in marketing in 1974 and a Master of Business Administration in accounting, finance and marketing in 1976. He is a chartered life underwriter and chartered property and casualty underwriter. Supported by several industry related organizations, Mr. Moser is a member of the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters and a former chapter board director, secretary, vice president and president of the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter Society. He is also a past president of Pi Sigma Epsilon and a member of Phi Kappa Sigma, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Omicron Delta Kappa.
To celebrate his success, Mr. Moser received the Allstate Good Hands Award in 1982 and the Allstate Chairman's Award in 2006. He was also recognized during his collegiate studies with an Achievement Award from the American Marketing Association and Northern Illinois University in 1974, a James E. Bell Superior Promise and Scholarship in Marketing Management from the department of marketing in 1976 and a William J. Hendrickson Award for Outstanding Contribution from an Alumni in 1988.
