During the 1980s, Mr. Moretti established Moretti's in Greenview, Ohio, where he excelled for five years before founding another branch of the restaurant in Dublin, Ohio, in 1989.

Outside of his work, Mr. Moretti dedicates himself to those less fortunate by donating food. In a career suffused with highlights, he is especially proud of the quality of food that he offers at his restaurant. Looking toward the future, Mr. Moretti intends to slowly pivot towards retiring from the field, after which he hopes to reap the fruits of his success.
