A skilled and reputable worker within the real estate industry, Ms. Chiquito-Leon originally set out to cultivate a future in aviation. While studying within this field, she quickly realized her professional passion resided in real estate after performing as a district property manager of apartments to support her son. Garnering inspiration from foreign agents who thrived in the United States property market, Ms. Chiquito-Leon decided to pursue a career in residential real estate. She was also inspired by her Ecuadorian mother who worked very hard to achieve the American dream; she started off as a seamstress and became the manager of two gasoline stations. She was a hustler. Her father was a very smart, hardworking businessman; he came to the United States and studied economics and how to speak English at a community college.
Prior to her success, Ms. Chiquito-Leon completed coursework at the International Air Academy. Presently, she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at National University based out of Los Angeles. Regarding her qualifications, Ms. Chiquito-Leon exercises her expertise as a Certified Short Sales Specialist and a Certified Real Estate Agent.
Ms. Chiquito-Leon also served as a leasing agent, and a financial manager for an automobile corporation. Furthermore, she contributed to JPMorgan Chase & Company as a mortgage lender and to C and G Realty as a realtor. Currently, Ms. Chiquito-Leon excels as the chief executive officer of Gisele Leon Realty Incorporated. Since 2004, her firm specializes in residential, commercial and cooperative property sales for a large client base in San Bernardino County. Likewise, she oversees investor portfolios, short sale projects, probate cases and lending plans.
Owing to her efforts, the Penske Auto Group recognized Ms. Chiquito-Leon with a Top Sales Award on multiple occasions. Her goal is to sell more homes so that she can do more on the humanitarian side. She currently maintains civic responsibilities as a volunteer with various philanthropic organizations through the City of Ontario. In fact, she is working with the Mayor; he selected a few people to work alongside him so that he can teach them how a city is run. In the near future, Ms. Chiquito-Leon hopes to become a therapist and open a private practice to counsel children who have experienced traumatic as well as abusive upbringings; as a certified NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner, she hopes to keep inspiring people. She would also love to open an art school for children. A third future goal is to do motivational speaking to help people grow and flourish, and be passionate about what they do. She has had to overcome many obstacles and tragedies and she also lost both her husband and mother. However, she has a new outlook on life.
Her definition of success is to believe in yourself and that you can do it, that you are loved and that God loves you. Her focus is paying it forward, spreading a little love even if it is just with a smile. She has coached many people without charging them consulting fees because she likes to pass on her knowledge to others because "the end result is amazing. It's not about the money, it's about empowering others," she remarked. She is a go-getter who has been networking with very positive people. She is very energetic and is always there to help others achieve their dreams. She advises others to "Don't give up, persevere. Do not stop until you capture your dream.
