FRESNO, CA, March 19, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Beverly J. Pellegrini has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Drawing upon more than a decade of legal experience, Ms. Pellegrini has garnered a lauded reputation through her work as an attorney and securities analyst. Incredibly committed to combating the prevalence of fraud in state and federal courts, which she views as the single most rampant obstruction to justice, due process and equal protection for American citizens, she takes great pride in her fluency with legal analysis and has received a wealth of commendations for her writings by judges and other professionals in the field. As the victim of fraud herself, Ms. Pellegrini is singularly dedicated to protecting others from this scourge in the legal system and has offered suggestions to significantly abate fraud in the judiciary and legal profession.
Ms. Pellegrini initially became involved in the legal profession due to her previous career as a securities analyst. As the industry began to consolidate, she discovered that the field of law offered many opportunities to leverage her creative and analytical capabilities, and embarked upon her future career path accordingly. Having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco, she concluded her studies at Syracuse University, from which she graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Ms. Pellegrini was subsequently admitted to practice law in the state of New York and has been admitted to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
To remain aware of developments affecting the field of law, Ms. Pellegrini maintains her membership with the American Bar Association. Outside of her primary professional circles, she enjoys gardening and equestrian sports. Moreover, Ms. Pellegrini has served as the editor of several books on the latter subject by author Francois Lemaire de Ruffieu, including, The Handbook of Riding Essentials, The Handbook of Jumping Essentials, volumes of Divide and Conquer, and a work in progress, "Equestrian Vade Mecum."
