Dr. Radfar is a Certified Family Mediator, Forensic Examiner and Licensed Psychologist. She learned at a young age the value of mental health and emotional self improvement and growth affecting physical health and individual function and productivity. Dr. Radfar holds a Bachelor Degree in Pre-Med and Masters of Social Work in Psychology. She has a PhD in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a PhD in Health Care Management and Administration from LaSalle University. She continues her education in the areas of Forensic Psychology, Family Mediation, and Mental Competency interest of elderly in guardianship proceedings. Dr. Radfar has 3 children, two sons are medical doctors and her daughter has a Masters in Psychology and is pursuing a legal/psychology Doctorate Degree.
In 1991, Dr. Radfar established a medical walk-in clinic providing medical and psychological services for low income and uninsured patients. At the time, the walk-in clinic was recognized as the best for services and a recognition plaque was sent to her office by Florida Today Newspaper. Since 2005 to present, she has established Melbourne Medical Center providing psychological and medical services with sliding fees for low income families and uninsured.
In 1996, Dr. Radfar shared her knowledge by teaching psychological courses to students at Orlando College, Melbourne Campus, for which she received a recognition plaque from Florida Metropolitan University stating grateful appreciation for her outstanding and dedicated services.
Dr. Radfar's credentials have been approved and registered in the National Register of Health Services as a Psychologist for many years. Dr. Radfar plans to continue serving the community to establish a Mediation and Divorce Center wherein parties seeking to dissolve their marriage can meet and confer with each other to resolve their differences in an amicable manner and avoid litigation. She believes that marriage is not a lifetime commitment without clear understanding of what are the partner's responsibilities for that commitment. It should be treated like any other contract with specific terms including but not limited to financial, child support, parental rights and obligations with an option date for renewal so each partner would follow their obligation. The marriage is not a lifetime commitment unless they continue to work towards improving and satisfying the needs of each other. It should not be open without specific terms of both parties' obligations, responsibilities and their needs so it does not finally end up being litigated in the court, which will spare each other from emotional and financial hardship. She believes that as people change physically, they also change emotionally and psychologically. Therefore, they should have a clear picture of their obligations and expectations towards the other partner and understand they will need to continue to work towards improving upon these factors every day. She feels that without having clear marriage contract, the parties will take each other for granted and will not continue to work on personal growth toward each others' interests
