After coming of age in Africa, Ms. Mihanda relocated to Washington, D.C., for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in international business from the University of Baltimore and previously worked in high-level administration at The World Bank. Well regarded for her wealth of experience and worldly travels, she speaks four languages and has visited more than 30 countries across four continents. Eventually, Ms. Mihanda moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and pursued a career in real estate, utilizing her charisma and international expertise to excel in the field. She now serves as a realtor with Keller Williams Frisco Stars.
In her current position, Ms. Mihanda has gained a unique understanding of local market conditions. Striving constantly to meet the challenges of her domestic and international clients, she was recently featured as the Top Residential Real Estate Producer in D Magazine, and was previously lauded as the Realtor of the Year by Keller Williams Frisco. Moreover, Ms. Mihanda placed first in individual unit sales and gross commissionable income sales.
Ms. Mihanda acknowledges her inspiration came from her father, a business owner, who was dedicated to his work and family. She is thankful for the 3 beautiful children and dedicated husband who support her in all of her endeavors. As a devoted member of her community, she volunteers at various food pantries and donates to local churches. She also maintains her affiliation with Keller Williams Luxury International and the Collin County Realtors Association. In the coming years, Ms. Mihanda plans to expand the scope of her work and help young women pursue careers in real estate.
