Ms. Doerr began her real estate career in 1992 in San Antonio, Texas, where her primary business location continues to this date. As an agent for Keller Williams Realty International (KW), and later with Avalar Real Estate, Michelle repeatedly won numerous sales excellence awards such as Top Producer, Sales Agent of the Month, Top Sales Agent, and One Million Plus Producer, among others. She served on the prestigious Agent Leadership Council with KW for two years and became a Master Sales Agent through the Floyd Wickman (FW) Master Sales Academy.
After earning her Real Estate Broker license in 2008, the following year Michelle created Doerr Realty®, an international real estate brokerage firm in San Antonio. The firm has been involved in several international projects in Mexico, Honduras, Belize and Costa Rica, and, since 2010, has been a VIP referral brokerage business partner with Quicken Loans and Rocket Homes. The partnership has closed over $20 million in real estate transactions in the San Antonio area. Doerr Realty® has since received the Best of San Antonio Real Estate Brokers Award and been inducted into the San Antonio Business Hall of Fame.
