After earning an Associate of Science in business administration from Butte Community College in 2014, she received a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, East Bay, in 2016 while working as a Paralegal during the day and attending school at night. Upon graduating, Ms. Bitzer was admitted to the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and gained additional valuable expertise in the field as a law clerk with Bartholomew & Wasznicky LLP.
In 2019, Ms. Bitzer earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence and joined the Attorneys Real Estate Group. In this capacity, she serves clients in transactional and litigation matters. Through her practice, Ms. Bitzer specializes in various aspects of real estate and business law, including business formation, contract drafting, title and land use matters, real estate finance, commercial real estate development, landlord-tenant law, partnership debt settlement and more.
Throughout the course of her professional journey, Ms. Bitzer furthered her professional expertise, becoming a certified mediator through the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in 2018, a notary public through the National Notary Association in 2012 and a real estate broker and licensed salesperson through the California Department of Real Estate in 2020. In conjunction with her work in the field, she serves on the board of Robert Retreat Corporation, a non-profit whose mission it is to help displaced veterans transition into a successful civilian life. Ms. Bitzer also serves on the board of Surviving the Odds Project Non-Profit organization, which aims to help empower marginalized youth through musical self-expression. In light of her professional excellence, Ms. Bitzer has been recognized with three Witkin Awards and the Order of the Coif through the University of the Pacific.
In a career that has been suffused with highlights, Ms. Bitzer is most proud to have passed the bar on her first attempt while working full time. Within the next five years, she intends to remain open to new opportunities within the field. Ultimately, Ms. Bitzer aims to earn a partnership at Attorneys Real Estate Group, while also fostering a fulfilling personal life.
