Backed by her extensive knowledge of computer technology and BPO Outsourcing, Ms. Bingham excels as a partner with IBM, for which she manages large outsourcing agreements for some of the top 500 companies in the world. As a part of her current and previous roles, she develops effective, cross-functional and innovative teams in numerous roles with IBM, including as a senior operations manager and PMO manager. Ms. Bingham previously gained valuable expertise in the field as a delivery center program manager, software engineer, application test project manager, Olympic Games technical project manager, Y2K applications program manager, North America Operations Manager, Global Sr. Operations Manager and Project Executive.
A seasoned BPO executive, Ms. Bingham has been honored several times for her outstanding body of work. During the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, she was presented with an Atlanta Olympic Technology Team Award. Over the years, she also accepted an IBM 100% Award in 2008, an IBM Gold Circle Award for Excellence in 2009, and a Technology Innovation IDEA Award in 2018 for implementing more than 100 technology projects. She developed a tool to track business controls compliance and has partnered with a client to develop a first of a kind technology solution. Although her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Bingham is incredibly proud of working alongside dedicated individuals for a common purpose.
Throughout her career, Ms. Bingham has furthered her education, earning a certification in complex program management and as a judgement recovery specialist. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, she has been affiliated with the International Association for Outsourcing Professionals, the Project Management Institute and the National Judgement Network. Outside of her primary responsibilities, she contributes to those in need by baking for the homeless, contributing to Meals on Wheels, the ASPCA, Atlanta Food Bank, the Parkinson's Foundation and volunteering with the NFL-Youth Education Town, through which she received a Civic Volunteer Award. Looking ahead, Ms. Bingham intents to implement a technology program that focuses on delivering food and clean water to the world.
