POOLER, GA, May 12, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert C. Pearse has been included in Marquis Who's Who. While enrolled as a student at Gahanna Lincoln High School in Ohio from 1981 to 1982, Mr. Pearse spent 10 months in Westerstede, West Germany, during which time he developed a great foundational study of the German language and culture. He was also witness to the countries' cultural differences that made a profound impression on his future career. He later obtained a bachelor's degree in Geology, with a minor in German from Bowling Green State University, located at Bowling Green, Ohio in May of 1990. Mr. Pearse eventually continued his education as a graduate student at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio from 1993 to 1994, studying environmental hydrogeology, and quantitative/qualitative borehole geophysics, which inspired him to embark on a career in geotechnical engineering.
As a consultant and owner of Project Resource Management located in Pooler, Georgia from 2003 to 2010, Mr. Pearse managed over 25 projects, with clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, Department of Homeland Security, Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Navy Seabees, overseeing construction operations from concept to final close out. From 2011 to 2014, he was a quality control and site safety manager at Catamount Constructors out of Atlanta, GA, and Denver, CO, for projects in Gainesville, FL and Dennehotso, AZ, for which he established site-specific safety plans and controlled daily safety, and quality control inspections. Mr. Pearse also supervised the construction of a 250,000-gallon water tower, a boarding school dormitory and a pre-K to 8th grade school, among many other construction projects.
While active as a site safety and health, project quality control, and finally project manager at Brady Fluor LLC located in San Diego, CA from 2014 to 2016, on a project located at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC. Mr. Pearse handled site safety initially, took full control of the quality control close out and was onsite for all project management customer needed information. Since 2016, he has excelled as a project manager and later the corporate construction quality control manager with Windamir Development in McDonough, GA, a general contractor specializing in federal and military design, complex renovations and specialty projects. He additionally assisted on the retrofit of military barracks to technical classroom facilities in Columbia, SC and was responsible for construction and quality control of projects in Charleston, SC, Augusta, GA, Savannah, GA, Columbus, GA, and Ft. Bragg, NC. Mr. Pearse proudly recalls that he has never had a fatality on any construction initiative that he has overseen throughout his career, and has never had a government or federal client request his release from a project.
