Mr. Sneeringer initially learned to construct, leadership, and the foundation of work ethic from his family. The origin of structure for Mr. Sneeringer's life came from an upbringing that included kerosene lamps and candle light in rural America. The initial 14 years of Mr. Sneeringer's life was in an environment without electricity, however with a very strong concentration on work ethic. After graduating from high school, he began constructing his first project "a solar/wind powered facility" with his father on a property which he made the purchase agreement at 19 years old. In order to finance the dream of constructing the perfect project/campus he traveled overseas for work which landed him in Luanda, Angola Africa, where the difficulties of living in a developing country were prevalent. Mr. Sneeringer subsequently decided to work internationally to continue building the ideal of self-sufficiency and also to help others.
After refining his skills in carpentry, Mr. Sneeringer continued his career at Caddell Construction in security and construction management as a private general contractor for the U.S. Department of State. He currently excels as a senior international project manager with Caddell Construction. Moreover, Mr. Sneeringer has gained expertise in operations, management, leadership, building and construction within the very dynamic international environment.
In addition to his primary work with Caddell Construction, Mr. Sneeringer also co-founded Okanagan Highlands Lavender Farm with his wife Ana. Together, they operate the farm as a non-profit focused on educating younger generations about the ability to be self-sufficient and lead a sustainable lifestyle. And also giving a place for those who need to seek serenity. Mr. Sneeringer has worked in more than 25 countries, including the Netherlands and the Dominican Republic, and has developed a unique understanding of international relations and cultures during his travels. Throughout his career, he has attributed his professional success to having a very strong work ethic. In Mr. Sneeringer's explanation, a strong work ethic means you do not cut corners, you strive to meet or exceed obligations, and you go the extra mile so that the entire team is successful. This is a key part which Mr. Sneeringer attributes to his accomplishments in life. Furthermore he goes on to state that there is no technology or process improvement which can ever be a substitute for hard work.
As a dedicated member of his community, he and his wife also often contribute to those in need, including veterans, cancer patients and senior citizens. They also continue to support various hospitals and fire departments. In the coming years, Mr. Sneeringer is dedicated and would like to continue guiding Caddell Construction toward continued success.
