Mr. Roberts began his career as the head installer and journeyman finish carpenter with Mieke Custom Cabinets from 1994 to 2004. He subsequently served as a design consultant with Blue Haven Pools & Spas between 2004 and 2008 and with Fieldturf Inc. from 2008 until 2010. Following these appointments, Mr. Roberts was active as the regional manager for Fabulous Home Improvements from 2010 to 2012.
Mr. Roberts has additionally participated in numerous endeavors beyond his primary professional responsibilities. Having previously mentored a number of young business people, he has contributed to a number of organizations in relation to his areas of expertise, including the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, the Palmdale Chamber of Commerce, the Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Antelope Valley Chamber of Commerce. Moreover, Mr. Roberts has found further success on the board as an elected council member of the Highlands Christian Fellowship.
