The chief operating officer of Jollyroom AB from 2012 to 2013, he was a coach, a lecturer 2011 to 2012, the supply chain manager of DORMA Sverige AB from 2007 to 2010, a project manager at Ericsson CDC in 2007 and an interim manager of Nordic distribution at TAMRO in 2007. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Nygren excelled as the GM and site and fulfillment director of Yves Rocher, North Europe. Prior to these prominent roles, he served as the head of the Nordic supply chain, logistics and marketing of Roche Diagnostics Nordic Region from 2001 to 2005, the supply chain developing manager for Europe of ESAB from 2000 to 2001 and the supply chain manager of Santa Maria AB from 1997 to 2000.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nygren worked as a factory production manager at ALBIN Components from 1994 to 1997 and a project manager of financing at ALMI Foretagspartner from 1991 to 1994. He started his career within offshore 1981 and soon became project manager producing and delivering new and renovated offshore riggs. To embarking on his professional career, he pursued an education at Chalmers Technical University, where he graduated with a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management in 1988, specializing in international marketing. Throughout the course of his career, he has earned myriad accolades and recognitions through his various jobs.
Notably, Mr. Nygren was a company commander and second lieutenant of the Swedish Armed Forces. During his time with the armed forces, he built on and developed a target image coaching leadership style with an agile approach for business change and development within a short timeframe. He attributes his success to his affinity for communication with others, which allows him to perceive fields from different perspectives within each company. He also credits his open-mindedness, pragmatic attitude and sense of diplomacy.
He recently became the President of Align Organize Develop, a venture that provides step-by-step guidance to senior leaders in expectation of and during expansion, growth, and restructuring.
In this role, he utilizes his experience from change management to define clear target images, communicate, build leadership teams, and focus on the same overall target and cooperate to achieve successful business development. He has developed and successfully used his own model to analyze organizations status and define needed actions and leadership style/approach for rapid and sustainable growth and increased profitability.
