Mr. Dell initially earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and applied science from the University of Rhode Island in South Kingstown in 2016. Mr. Dell furthered his education with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in 2019.
During his time at Touro College, Mr. Dell flourished as the president of Phi Alpha Delta, for which he was the philanthropy chairman. Mr. Dell fostered an interest in the legal profession in his youth while visiting his father, Joseph G. Dell, who was founder of Dell & Dean PLLC, at his office in lieu of attending summer camp. He later served as a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2017, learning effective oral advocacy techniques, legal writing, judicial decision making and ethics. Mr. Dell also interned at Suffolk County District Court from 2017 to 2018, observing multiple domestic violence, matrimonial and family law cases.
In 2011, Mr. Dell was recruited by Dell & Dean PLLC on a legal internship, during which time he assisted the paralegals, receptionists, file clerk and staff with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the law firm. From 2016 to 2019, he prospered as a deposition analyst, a position in which he reviewed testimonies regarding medical and surgical care and treatment. He has made an impressive impact as a trial attorney for the firm since 2019, focusing on complex civil suits, medical malpractice, labor law and motor vehicle cases. Mr. Dell's areas of expertise include product liability, assault cases, general negligence and equipment malfunction litigation.
Mr. Dell is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Nassau Trial Lawyers Association and the Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He is likewise affiliated with the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association. Since 2015, Mr. Dell has proudly served as an organizer for Habitat for Humanity International and Relay for Life of Greater Heights, a fundraising event sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
Mr. Dell attributes his success to his grade school teachers, who witnessed his potential despite his learning disabilities that included dyslexia and attention deficit disorder (ADD). He claims that their support was a decisive factor, lending him empathy and a desire to help people who were injured, which Mr. Dell applies to his current law practice. Looking toward the future, Mr. Dell hopes to continue cementing his legacy in the field of law.
