After attending a seminar on flipping homes at a young age, Mr. Brown has harbored an interest in real estate. Subsequently earning a real estate license in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he is in the process to become a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management, widely considered the industry's most prestigious designation. After being involved with several short term real estate investments he notably progressed his career in real estate as a property manager for Hawthorne Realty in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Mr. Brown subsequently worked as a realtor at Littlefield Real Estate and then Century 21 before excelling as the CEO for Three Hills Real Estate Service, a full service real estate brokerage, property management, and maintenance company.
In his most recent position, he oversaw his company serve residents, property owners, and vendors for more than 60 buildings across Massachusetts and Connecticut. Notably, he has refined his skills in business development, property management and the service and operations end of real estate. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Brown is a father, partner, founding member of BNI Ignite, an active Freemason and officer of Liberty Lodge, avid weekend boater and softball enthusiast. "I just can't give the game up.", he mentions with a chuckle.
Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has been grateful to help people buy their first home, a significant milestone in many peoples' lives. He believes the most gratifying part of his work has been witnessing people achieve their goals.
