Previously, she found success as the VP of project management and service deliver for Workframe from 2017 to 2018, a director of project management at Gardiner and Theobald between 2013 and 2017 and a senior project manager for Jonathan Rose Companies from 2009 to 2013. Previous to that, Ms. Pho was a practicing architect and designer.
In her 15+ years, she has provided comprehensive project/development management and real estate advisory services on award winning projects from 1,000 - 400,000 SF with budgets up to $1.6B through site acquisition, design and construction through occupancy.
Coming of age in South East Asia, Ms. Pho had always harbored an interest in the fine arts and architecture. Upon immigrating to the United States, she obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in 2002. While working as an architect, she also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Currently Ms. Pho is also a candidate for an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2021.
For her accomplishments, Yvonne was also sourced as a face for New York construction by Next Insurance. She credits her success on her passion for solutions driven project management, an ability to think outside the box and a general desire to help Clients achieve their aesthetic built vision.
