Driven to pursue a career in service to others, Mr. Manning became a caregiver for others. For 30 years, he found success in this role with Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village.
An expert in his field, Mr. Manning previously earned a Master of Education in social studies and world history from Bloomsburg University. Even though his career has been filled with highlights, he is incredibly proud of his ability to communicate with residents, as he was able to learn from them in ways that he would not have been able to otherwise.
For his professional achievements, Mr. Manning has been honored many times, including with a Social Studies and United States History Award and the Employee of the Month Award at Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village. He was also selected for inclusion to the Dean's List at Bloomsburg University. In the coming years, Mr. Manning intends to work on his memoir.
