Andrea Todaro was recognized among the Women of Influence in Buffalo Business First

After receiving a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Master of Human Resources from Villanova University, Ms. Todaro began serving as the president of Innovative Placements. She has served in this capacity for over twenty years, through which she specializes in case management, job development and coaching, job analysis, regulatory compliance, consumer advocacy, counseling and crisis intervention, among other subjects. In this position, she has developed and maintained valuable working relationships with colleagues, community agencies and business professionals. In addition to her primary endeavors, Ms. Todaro has also excelled as an opera singer and musical theater performer with the New York Lyric Opera Company, International Young Artists Project, Buffalo Opera Unlimited, Rochester Opera, Nickel City Opera, and the Central Florida Lyric Opera.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Todaro has strived to expand beyond what is expected of her position in order to help others achieve their goals. She has a passion for treating others compassionately and placing people in jobs and careers that allow them to flourish. Above all, Ms. Todaro most enjoys watching people go on to excel in their new positions after utilizing her company's services.
As an accomplished professional, Ms. Todaro was recognized among the Women of Influence in Buffalo Business First. Notably, she was also featured on the cover of Buffalo Healthy Living, where she was able to promote her business. Lauded for her extensive community involvement, she has also served as the Diversity and Inclusion Director for the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association, which bestowed her with their Diversity Excellence award. Most recently, Ms. Todaro authored a book of creative poetry titled "The Tales, Tails, and Trails of Triple Creek."
Over the years, Ms. Todaro has attributed her professional success to the opportunities she has received as well as her ability to empower and help people with disabilities and other special needs populations. She takes advantage of any occasion to feature her business, which has contributed greatly to her overall success.
