After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting from The Pennsylvania State University in 1977, Mr. Venturato was recruited by General Electric Company (GE), where he completed its two-year Financial Management Program and quickly developed a business-oriented approach and deep domain expertise in general management, finance, audit, acquisition and divestitures, procurement/sourcing, supplier/third-party risk management, and financial services regulations and reporting across 61 countries. Throughout the following four decades, he flourished in a variety of managerial positions within several GE subsidiaries, including GE's industrial businesses, GE Capital and GE Global Banking. Mr. Venturato found tremendous success as the Managing Director of GE Capital Bank Scandinavia, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, where he led the transformation of three separate FINCO's into a single Branch based Bank Holding Company; and as vice president and general manager of global sourcing and supplier risk management for GE Capital from 2009 until 2017, at which point he retired from GE.
In 2018, Mr. Venturato founded EEEP Consulting and continues to thrive as its managing director. Thanks to his vast experience as a global executive, he currently focuses on fostering and maintaining partnerships with a myriad of international clients. Throughout 2019, Mr. Venturato also excelled as a senior independent advisor for Periculum Associates, a leading global risk management company that is based in the United Kingdom and in 2020 as a Senior Independent Advisor at AIRLEY, a Swedish consumer goods company.
In addition to his responsibilities at EEEP Consulting, Mr. Venturato is actively involved with numerous nonprofit organizations, such as H.O.M.E. Inc. and Meals on Wheels America. He attributes a great deal of his success to his ability to learn from others, his own mistakes, along with the sincere compassion he always showed for his former team at GE and Periculum. In the near future, Mr. Venturato intends to increase the domestic clientele for EEEP Consulting and secure another partner to help him manage the business.
