Previously, Ms. Gallen served as an associate attorney for Ogletree Deakins, where she worked from 2015 until 2017, and clerked for Judge Mary Russell on the Supreme Court of Missouri from 2013-2015.
Ms. Gallen's exemplary performance in the field was born of her academic journey. In 2008, she completed her undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature, summa cum laude, from Truman State University. Ms. Gallen then attended the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law. In 2013, she acquired a Doctor of Jurisprudence and was inducted into Order of the Coif. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Gallen is a member of the nonprofit Care to Learn for Scuola Vita Nuova, which focuses on addressing emergency health, hunger and hygiene needs for students at a charter school in Kansas City. A consummate professional, she has been a member of several important organizations relevant to her field, such as the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and Bar Leadership Academy, as well as the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Section.
