From 2017 to 2020, Ms. Kabnick was active as a member of the board of directors for CFG Bank. Specializing in syndicated, cross-border lending, acquisition finance and advising troubled companies, since 2017 she has additionally worked as a senior advisor for Troutman Pepper (Troutman Sanders merged with Pepper Hamilton in July 2020).
Ms. Kabnick has participated extensively with local government initiatives. Moreover, she has been involved with the Kimmel Center (the Philadelphia Performing Arts Center in Philadelphia), the University of Pennsylvania, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and several other philanthropic organizations. Ms. Kabnick has been admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Kabnick notably obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude) and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Pittsburgh (magna cum laude and the Order of the Coif).
