With Haynes Global Services, Mr. Haynes focuses on manufacturing and refurbishing parts within the oil and gas sector, as well as outsourcing various products for companies. In addition to his work in the oil and gas industry, he co-founded, with his wife Andrea, Haynes Healing of Hearts, a nonprofit organization based in Houston. Drawing inspiration from her life experiences they developed the organization to help victims of domestic violence.
Mr. Haynes initially became involved in his profession and entrepreneurship due to the influence of his parents, who were successful business owners in their own right. Throughout the course of his career, he has attributed his professional success to his willingness to grow and challenge himself. Looking toward the future, Mr. Haynes plans to expand the scope of his business by venturing into software development. He is currently working on one of his newest ventures that will digitize public and private medical records in a few emerging countries and ultimately plans to continue developing the Haynes Global Services portfolio in order to provide his children and future generations with more opportunities than he had.
