Likewise, he found success as the director of wealth management and organizational transformation from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Mr. Sills has held leadership posts at various financial companies, including US Fiduciary, Smith Barney and Shearson Lehman.
In his current role, Mr. Sills manages the recruitment of new employees and oversees more than 1,600 field advisors. To prepare for his career, he pursued an education at the University of the Incarnate Word, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business and general management in 2018. A chartered financial consultant and a registered corporate coach, Mr. Sills is certified in financial planning through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
Deeply involved with his community, Mr. Sills contributes as an advisory board member of Teach for America Delaware. He is also a trustee of the Wawaset Park Maintenance Corporation and the president of endowment, executive committee member and Board Secretary of Children and Families First, a nonprofit organization based in Delaware. Prolific in his field, he maintains his affiliation with the Financial Planning Association. Looking toward the future, Mr. Sills earned a Master of Business Administration in strategy and leadership from the University of Delaware in 2021.
