She has subsequently developed a love of "moving food" such as spills, splashes and drips. A passionate and energetic photographer, Ms. Winters caters to food packaging and branding companies, editorial magazines and restaurants, and has even developed an expertise in underwater photography.
In conjunction with her work at Heather Winters Photography, Ms. Winters serves as a commercial photographer and re-toucher for JEPP and as the owner of a secondary photography studio. During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Winters gained valuable expertise in the field as a custom art framer for Silent Pictures.
An expert in her field, Ms. Winters earned a Bachelor of Arts in commercial photography from Brooks Institute of Photography in 2006. Though her career has been suffused with highlights, she is especially proud to have established her own photography studio, earning the First Year Award through the Brooks Institute of Photography in 2003 and contributing to such publications as "Food Stylist Handbook Volumes One and Two," "Salsas of the World Cookbook," "The Hungry Girl Diet" and "Wing It Cookbook."
